BS Villa Construction Materials Corp Purchase, Warranty, and Return Policy
1. Purchase Terms
1.1 Payment
• Orders require a 30% non-refundable deposit to initiate production.
• Full payment is due prior to delivery or pick-up.
• Custom orders, including special specifications or add-ons, are non-returnable and non-refundable.
1.2 Delivery and Installation
• Delivery timelines are estimated based on production schedules and availability. Delays caused by external factors will be communicated promptly.
• Customers are responsible for ensuring the installation site is prepared according to the company’s specifications.
1.3 Cancellations
• Orders for standard products can be canceled before production begins, subject to a cancellation fee.
• Custom orders cannot be canceled once confirmed.
2. Warranty Policy
2.1 Standard Products
• A one-year manufacturing warranty covers defects in standard products.
2.2 Custom Orders with Add-Ons
• Customizations, including AC/heating units, electrical conduits, or other add-ons, are excluded from the company’s warranty.
• Warranty for custom add-ons is provided by the original supplier. Customers must retain proof of purchase and contact the supplier directly for claims.
3. Inspection and Acceptance Policy
3.1 Inspection Upon Delivery
• The Buyer acknowledges that they have inspected the product upon delivery and confirm that it is in good working condition.
3.2 Reporting Issues
• Any issues, defects, or damages must be reported to BS Villa Construction Materials Corp within 48 hours of delivery. Reports should include a detailed description of the issue and supporting photos or documentation.
3.3 Deemed Acceptance
• If no issues are reported within 48 hours of delivery, the product will be deemed accepted by the Buyer in good condition, and no claims for defects will be entertained thereafter.
4. Return Policy
4.1 Standard Products
• Returns are accepted only for manufacturing defects or incorrect delivery.
• Requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
4.2 Custom Orders
• Custom orders, including those with add-ons or special specifications, are non-returnable and non-refundable.
4.3 Restocking Fee
• Standard product returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee.
• The Buyer is responsible for delivery fees, or they may arrange for the product’s return to our warehouse at 11744 Bartlett Ave, Adelanto, CA 92301.
4.4 Return Process
• Contact customer support at Bsvilla6@wfhotspot.com with proof of purchase and details of the issue.
• If approved, the company will coordinate the return.
4.5 Inspection and Refunds
• Returned products will undergo inspection to verify eligibility for return.
• Approved refunds for standard products will be processed within 30 days of receipt of the returned product.
4.6 Exclusions
• The company is not liable for damage resulting from misuse, improper installation, or failure to follow site preparation guidelines.
5. Maintenance and Repair Services

5.2 Response Time
• BS Villa may take up to 3 business days to respond to emails.
